After logging in to the Participant Center on the Walk for Wishes ® page, you will see four helpful tools for fundraising below the overview of your fundraising progress. On step two, “Share on Facebook with FriendRaiser,” click on “Get Friendraiser.” When you log in to Facebook, you will be directed to your FriendRaiser Headquarters where there are four template messages provided to you. By clicking on one of these template messages, you can immediately post on your Facebook and Share the Power of a Wish ®.
The FriendRaiser also enables you to schedule posts onto your newsfeed days, weeks or months ahead of time! On your Walk for Wishes FriendRaiser page, click on Scheduled Newsfeeds and schedule your own custom post by choosing the date, writing your post, and clicking “Schedule Post.
“Plan ahead of time by scheduling posts a couple of weeks before the event date, the week of your own custom fundraiser, or on a week when you’re really busy! Here’s an example of a post that deserves a big “Like”:
