The ZAP Family Foundation was created in honor of three family members lost too soon to cancer or ALS, including Alexa, who had her wish granted by Make-A-Wish Philadelphia, Delaware & Susquehanna Valley.
"As a very close-knit family," the foundation's website reads, "we experienced the devastating effects of both cancer and ALS with the loss of 3 amazing individuals. In their memory, we decided to start this foundation as a way to help other families fight these diseases in a hope for a cure."
Sisters Stephanie Tuskey and Carly Povilaitis (pictured, daughters of Ron Postell) brought in a check for $7,500 to help grant an upcoming wish in the Susquehanna Valley. For all you do to support our wish kids and help families find hope and strength in their times of need, thank you.
